All photo's and products on this site fall under Dutch, European and Worldwide Copyright This means that photo's from this site can only be reproduced/replicated when authorized by the photographer.

It is therefore not permitted to copy or download images from this site other than via the orderbuttons offered.

Download 'for private use'

Especially for photo's ordered from here as 'download for private use' the rule is, that these can only be used in the private environment of the buyer.  It is buyer not allowed - without prior authorization from photographer - to distribute, reproduce or replicate the photo's via the media, digital distribution or other printing facilities. Doing so will justify my right to charge additional fees for the same.

Download 'rights-free' or 'for web usage'

In some folders, the option exists to download a version 'free of rights' or 'download for web-usage (max. 800 Pix)'. Choosing these options allows you to regard the photo as your property, and to publish (on your own site) or replicate them freely. In all cases, publication of pictures in whatever form (book, magazine, poster, website or what have you) requires mentioning of the source 'image: waterpolophoto.com'.
